Julie Yip-Williams was born on 6th January 1976 in Vietnam and died on 19th March 2018. Because of colon cancer, she was born after the Vietnam war at that time Vietnam is not a developed country. That’s why her parents shift to the United States for a better life and future she grew up in California.
