Wonder is the story of a somehow special child. August Pullman is the hero of this book and he is the victim of bullying and hate because of his unusual and disturbs face cuts. He was born with some issues with his face and these things become a nightmare for him. Throughout the life was teased and bullied by everyone including his brother-sister and even his girlfriend was also teasing him. Since childhood, August Pullman wants a life as ordinary children have. But this is not possible in this society where everyone puts his leg in other matters.
His parents admit him special child school but this decision is not acceptable for august. Somehow august got admission to normal school but this decision tortures him very much because in school no one wants to talk with him and not sit with him. But after some time his ideology towards abnormal or special people getting hit in peoples even those people who bully him.
