The Nature of Fragile Things is the story about a great earthquake that hit San Francisco in the middle of the day. Everything is vanished and demolished by a hard-hearted earthquake. Hundreds of people dead thousands of houses were demolished. Sophie Whalen is recently immigrant from Ireland. She was desperately waiting to anyhow she can leave New York and start living in San Francisco. One day she read the newspaper Martin Hocking published his ad and this is the best option for Sophie Whalen she welcomes this opportunity and accepts this proposal. But Martin is totally a stranger to her but what can she does.
So finally Sophie marries martin and starts living in San Francisco. She successfully builds deep relation with Martin’s 6-year-old daughter Kat but kat is a very silent girl and this thing is weird for Sophie on the very next day of marriage she feels the sudden change in Martin’s behavior now this is alarming for her.
